Sign up for the 2024-2025 C.P.B.A. Pool League

You only have one opportunity to sign up for this year’s Pool League Membership.
Please plan to attend this important meeting.

Tues. August 13th at Legend's 6:00-7:00 P.M.

(This will be the only meeting)
All money and player information are due at this meeting.
NO TEAM ENTRYS WILL BE TAKEN UNLESS
ALL MONEY AND PLAYER INFORMATION ARE INCLUDED

Here’s what you need to bring with you!!

1. ALL Team members FULL LEGAL names including middle initials & COMPLETE addresses!!
2. ALL Team members phone numbers
3. $40.00 Sponsor fee
4. $10.00 Player Sanction fee for each player you sign up
5. Email addresses would be appreciated for the Captain and Co-Captain.

All team packets will be handed out at this meeting. You can sign up early ( before the 12th ) Contact Janey or David to set up .

All money must be paid on this date or there is a possibility of not getting your team entered in the league. Any teams signed up after final meeting will be accepted only if needed because of an odd number of teams! So, if you can’t make the meeting, call David Holmes 563-321-8435 to set up a time to stop at Legend’s to get signed up. You will need to bring your sign-up sheet and money in an envelope with your team name on the front or it will not be accepted!

The team drawing will be Tue. Aug. 27th, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. There will be a discussion on rules at 7PM, please have someone from your team there!

Women’s first night of play will be Monday September 9th 7:00 P.M.

Men’s first night of play will be Wednesday September 11th 7:00 PM

If you know of someone looking for a team, we will try to help find them a team. If you need a player(s) for your team, let a board member know..
